Josef Hoffmann - Fledermaus table and chairs
Three-piece seating set in beechwood with a dark rosewood stain. Designed by Josef Hoffmann in 1905 for the Cabaret Fledermaus in Vienna. This early edition was produced by Wittmann in the 1960s–70s and includes two chairs (Model 728S) and a round table (Model 728T).
The chairs retain their original upholstery. The Wittmann maker’s mark is present on the underside.
The round table features a glass top resting on the original fabric, with a brass plaque along the lower edge. Manufacturer's label on the underside.
Good vintage condition with light wear consistent with age and use. Upholstery can be replaced on request.
