3-D vacuum-formed plastic multiple, produced in 1968, edition of unknown size. Comes with the accompanying book Lucio Fontana, published by Achille Mauri, Milan, with the original cardboard packaging. Framed in a wooden oak box with highest-grade museum glass.
A rare late multiple by Fontana, produced in the final year of the artist’s life. The work presents his Concetto Spaziale as a three-dimensional, industrially produced object, exploring the relationship between art, space, material and reproduction.
The multiple is documented as M-15 in H. Ruhé & C. Rigo, Lucio Fontana: Graphics, Multiples and More, p. 165.
Designed and made in Italy, circa 1968.

Shows very light wear and decolorization consistent with age, very good condition.
