Table Ronde (Archetype - Imparfait)
A table in an imperfect round shape, handmade out of solid natural stone pieces. Standard sizes: 140cm and 170cm in diameter. Multiple sizes and finishes can be created upon request (custom sizes, prices available on demand). The standard finish is sandblasted. Sandblasting the stone will give the table a rougher look and accentuate open pores and holes, resulting in a lighter color.
Natural stone is porous and will easily attract substances. The table will arrive with a coating to reduce this attraction and provide extra time to clean spilled liquids and stains, but it will not prevent them. This material ages and will develop a patina, similar to other natural materials like wood and leather. We appreciate and embrace these signs of aging, which will gradually appear with use. If this perspective doesn't resonate with you, we recommend choosing a different finish (concrete/chalk) or opting for the filled and honed option, which makes cleaning easier. Please note that this finish will impart a different, more intense color to the natural stone.
We also offer concrete or chalk finishes that can be customized in any desired color and are coated with multiple layers, allowing you to spill without worry.
Kindly be aware that these tables will arrive in two pieces: the base and the tabletop. Both parts are rather heavy, weighing up to 100kg each. We can provide delivery and white glove installation services. Please contact us in advance to check the availability of this service. By default, the tables will be delivered in a crate. Ensure you have some extra manpower for the installation process.
